    Andhra Pradesh State Biodiversity Board is responsible for effectively implementing and advising the Government to facilitate the identification of biodiversity in ecosystems, landscapes, heritage sites, sacred groves, hotspots, and niche areas with a focus on endemic, rare, endangered, and threatened species by demarcation, protection, conservation, utilization, enhancement, research, value addition, product development, documentation, patenting, extension, and outreach of biodiversity in the state.
